ACCESS CONTROL/ TIME AND ATTENDANCE
We deliver comprehensive and non comprehensive AMC to match specific specifications for each catering service. We have various service levels which are customized to the requirements of your company infrastructure. Our comprehensive and detailed maintenance contract will mitigate miscommunication and friction between your expectations and our
delivery. Our trained team of engineers and technicians provide facilities for maintenance and
repair of all forms of door access control system. We maintain all-Access control system with fingerprint access devices, card access devices or password reader machines mounted at your
office glass, wooden or metal doors.
Maintenance includes
• Regular inspection of the system
• Discuss any issues you may be experiencing such as false alarm issues
• Check mains and standby powers supplies including charging rates
• Check operation of all door contacts
• Check operation of door sounders if applicable
• Check operation of Electro Magnetic Locks
• Check operation of manual exit override / break glass
• Check operation of all reading devices i.e. swipe /prox/ biometric
• Check cause and effect on control outputs and inputs
• Confirm control software version is current
• Verify correct operation in fire condition of all doors
Rectify the system as and need basis.
Preventive Maintenance service call 4 (Four) times in a year.
